Driving back out to the highway. I been to a lot of different crash sites, but these two sites are the ones that I know the most about. The USAAF accident report had a lot of witness statements from crew members that were in the other four B-24s in the formation and from people on the ground. In the future I plan on returning to the sites when I'm in the area and see what else is scattered out there.
