This part was half buried.

The same part. Of all the pieces that looked at, this is the only one that I found the 272 prefix which confrims that this is the crash site of a Martin B-57.

Following my tire tracks back across the lakebed heading for the highway. This turned out to be a great micro site, good way to spend a few hours of the day.
