Pinto Peak 12/15/06-12/17/06 : Met a group of folks from High Sierra Topix in Death Valley for a hike to Pinto Peak. On the way to the valley, Sooz and I stopped at the crash site of a Northrop YB-49 Flying Wing. The day after the hike we checked out some petroglyphs in the El Paso Mountains.

Perdido & Corridor Canyons 11/23/06-11/26/06 : Met Sooz, John, Kathy, Dave, Rebecca, Tom and Rick in Death Valley. We camped in Lost Burro Gap and hiked Perdido and Corridor Canyons.

Manly Peak & Striped Butte 2/3/06 : Drove up the Goler Wash 4x4 road to Russell Camp where I meet up with Sooz and John for the hike to Manly Peak. The next day we hiked up Striped Butte before driving out on the Warm Springs Canyon Road.

Skidoo Mill, Race Track & Hunter Mountain Road 1/13/06 : Spent three days in Death Valley. Day one, checked out the mine ruiuns at Skidoo. Day two, climbed Ubehebe Peak. Day three, drove out on Hunter Mountain Road.

Corkscrew Peak 3/5/05 : This is my second time doing this peak. The first time was in bad weather and didn't have a view due to being in the clouds. Had nice weather this time.

Ubehebe Peak 1/22/05 : I originaly planed on going to Mammoth this weekend, but my friend that was going with me got sick so I decided to do a solo trip to Death Valley instead. Wanted to climb Ubehebe Peak after trying it last year and going up the wrong peak.

Golden Canyon & Badwater Area 11/13/04 : Drove to Death Valley with no plan. Decided to check out and photograph the Stovepipe Wells sand dunes, Badwater area and Golden Canyon.

Manly Beacon 3/28/04 : We hiked up to Wildrose Peak on Saturday. Sunday before driving home we decided to try climbing Manly Beacon. Wildrose Peak was an okay hike, but Manly Beacon was much more fun with great scenery.

Corkscrew Peak 2/21/04 : I been wanting to to do Corkscrew Peak for a while, unfortunately we had rainy weather which ruined what must have been a great view. The hike was still a lot of fun, but like to do it again with better weather.

Fall Canyon & Other Places 1/17/04 : Met Kathy, Gary, Ron and Juliet in Death Valley for a hike up Fall Canyon. The next day, Kathy, Gary and myself checked out the Badwater area and climbed up a nice canyon from the Artists Palette Road.
