Lone Pine Peak in the morning. This was our camp spot for Friday night. We are going to meet John and Sooz in town for breakfast.
Approaching the Eureka Dunes after driving in on the Death Valley Road from Big Pine.
We found a great camp site on the north end of the dunes.
After getting our stuff together, we started off to climb the highest dune.
From here we couldn't tell which dune was the highest, so we just went up.
Looking back at our camp site as we start to gain a little altitude. A section of the Last Chance Mountains in back.
These are some really nice dunes, the biggest that I ever been on.
