Hiking down the canyon put me off the route I used going up. Had to traverse this slope for a mile to get back on the ridge.

Using the binoculars I could see part of the N number so I knew it was a section from the fuselage. Sure glad I turned around to look up the canyon, I didn't see it on the way down.

Think that this is a piece from the fuselage, it's marked with brown paint. This is over a quart of a mile from the crash site.
