Found pieces of wood scattered in the debris field.
Moving beyond the main debris field, came upon the another one of those assemblies.
The bottom end of the right main gear strut.
There were two of these bottles just a few feet apart.
Was still finding stuff after I started the hike out.
This piece was at lease two hundred yards from the main debris field.
A little farther found this piece. It's about three feet long and almost three inches thick. It the last piece I found while hiking out.
Making my way back to the truck. I hiked about four times the distance by having to search for the site than if I hiked straight to it. Made for a much shorter hike back to the truck.
On the drive home. Got really lucky being able to find the site on my first try, that doesn't happen often.
