At the Grandview Campground. Yesterday we hiked up County Line Hill and Blanco Mountain. Today we are going to hike Campito Mountain.
The chickadees were back at the campground.

We started the hike from the high spot on the road before it dropped down to Campito Meadow.
We pretty much hiked straight up the east slope to the peak.
Coming up to some nice looking trees.

Even the dead ones look good.

We hiked the short quarter mile trail.
The hike was short, but there was a few really nice trees on it.

Heading down the White Mountain Road.
We decided to drive down the Silver Canyon 4X4 road.
Cori coming up on one of the switchbacks.
Up ahead we saw a bighorn sheep.
A short time later, a few more showed up and they headed down the road.
When we drove down to the next switchback, we found a lot of them standing on the road. The one on the right is wearing a radio collar.
After a few minutes, they ran down the slope.
One of the little ones that were with the group.
Almost down to the canyon.

There was a few stream crossings in the canyon.
